Your activities
The stage is yours! As part of the entertainment team you will provide top-class entertainment and ensure unforgettable moments for the senses:
- Implementation and quality control of the shows in the venue to be managed
- Organizing and directing different formats (preferably show caller activities)
- Evening performance management and rehearsal management, coordination of technical & musical requirements and overview of choreography/artistics and costumes
- Supervision and guidance of the artists, technicians and dressers involved during the show
- Stage management
- Artistic development and implementation of additional formats
- Responsibility for cleanliness and order in the venue and its backstage area
- Administrative tasks and reporting
- Collaborating closely with the entertainment management and supervisor team
Your qualifications
What you bring on board:
- Training or studies in one of the following fields: Directing, dramaturgy or cultural management
- Experience in directing (assistant directing), artist/company management, evening performance and rehearsal management
- High understanding of the interplay between structure and creativity
- Understanding of the interaction of all trades in show operations
- Experience in the planning and implementation of events and show formats
- Experience in stage management is an advantage
- Experience in the field of live TV an advantage
- Good German and very good English skills (written and spoken)
- Very good IT skills (MS Office etc.)
