Your activities
This is what awaits you on your journey with us:
- In this position you are responsible as a decision-maker for the smooth running of services in the Spa & Sport area and report to the Hotel Manager.
- Professional and disciplinary leadership and motivation of the Spa & Sport Department with 30 – 40 crew members including rostering
- Professional and successful implementation of the services offered, planning of target-oriented activities and special applications according to the cruise area
- Contact person for guests for suggestions, proposals and criticism in the specialist area
- Overview of the inventory and goods orders in the ship’s own inventory management system as well as regular checks on the maintenance of the premises and equipment
- Administrative activities and reporting
- Contract duration of your first assignment: 4 months, subsequent follow-up contracts possible
Your qualifications
What you bring on board:
- Completed training in the hotel sector or in a specialist area of the SPA & sports sector (cosmetics, massage or fitness)
- Professional and industry experience in the specialist area
- Experience as Assistant Spa & Sport Manager on board a cruise ship an advantage
- Management experience required
- Leadership personality with the ability to lead and motivate a team professionally and disciplinary
- Excellent manners and well-groomed appearance
- Very good IT skills
- Very good knowledge of German and English
