Your activities
This is what awaits you on your journey with us:
- In this position you will manage and organize the entire SPA & Sports area with 33 – 43 crew members
- Professional and disciplinary management of the entire team (fitness, reception, therapists, etc.)
- Development and implementation of innovative SPA concepts and treatment offers. Supporting and advising our guests for a holistic wellness experience on board
- Quality assurance and compliance with high service standards
- Overview of inventory and goods orders in the ship’s own merchandise management system as well as regular checks on the maintenance of facilities and equipment
- Miscellaneous administrative tasks and reporting
- Contract duration of your first assignment: 4 months, subsequent follow-up contracts possible
Your qualifications
What you bring on board:
- Completed training in the hotel sector or in a specialist area of the SPA & sports sector (cosmetics, massage or fitness) ideally initial experience as SPA Manager or SPA Supervisor.
- Professional and industry experience in the specialist area, ship experience desirable.
- Passion for modern SPA trends, team leadership and holistic well-being.
- Leadership personality with the ability to lead and motivate a team from a professional and disciplinary perspective
- Organizational talent with an entrepreneurial mindset and high service orientation. Excellent manners and well-groomed appearance.
- Very good IT skills, in Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
