Your activities
- Telephonic advice to our distribution partners and end customers on booking requests
- Telephonic sales of trips and service to existing bookings
- Individual contribution to the continuous improvement of processes
Your qualifications
- Experience and preferably training in the call center, service industry, in sales or tourism
- Sure in handling MS-Office as well as general system affinity is a prerequisite
- Interest füfor countries, cultures and travel as well as geographical knowledge
- Sympathetic telephone voice as well as communication strength, gladly also in English language
- Team ability, commitment and flexibility
