- Telephonic advice to our distribution partners and end customers on booking requests
- Telephone sales of travel and service on existing bookings
- Individual contribution to the continuous improvement of processes
- Experience and preferably training in the call center, service industry, sales or tourism
- Sure in handling MS-Office as well as general system affinity is a prerequisite
- Interest in countries, cultures and travel as well as geographical knowledge
- Sympathetic telephone voice and communication skills, preferably in English
- Team skills, commitment and flexibility
