Your activities

This is what awaits you on your journey with us:

Operative management of several bars on board in consultation with the Bar Manager
Overall responsibility for the smooth running of the assigned bars and the associated administrative tasks
Fachliche and disciplinary leadership of your team
Erster Ansprechpartner füfor your bar team and creation of duty rosters
Responsibility for control, ordering of goods and inventory of all spirits and stimulants
Präsenz in the bars during service hours and first contact person for the guests
Contract duration of your first assignment: 5 – 6 months, subsequent follow-up contracts possible

Your qualifications

This is what you bring on board:

Training in the restaurant/hotel sector as well as experience as a bartender, bartender or in a similar position
A broad knowledge of cocktails and spirits, which you like to share with your team
Organizational talent with leadership skills
A resilient, reliable and motivated person with a hands-on mentality

Groomed appearance and excellent manners
Very good German and good English skills
Good computer skills (use of the cash register system, calculations, orders)
