- Full responsibility of planning, conducting, controlling and evaluating inventories in close cooperation with the Controlling Department in the area of responsibility
- Overall responsibility for the smooth running of the entire bar area, including related administrative tasks
- Ensuring the implementation of the specified recipes and standards in the bar area
- Supervision, scheduling, briefing and training of subordinate staff with appropriate documentation
- Continuous optimization and further development of work procedures and standards, as well as contributing to manuals and guidelines
- In special cases, also flexible deployment in other service areas
- Contract duration of your first assignment: 5 – 6 months, subsequent follow-up contracts possible
- Your advancement will be based on your availability in connection with the assignment planning on board and is generally possible all year round on every day of the month
This is what you bring on board:
- Many years of experience as a bartender, bartender or similar position, if possible on board a cruise ship
- Leadership skills, assertiveness, flexibility and organizational skills
- Good knowledge of the bar tränke, incl. the related calculations
- Knowledge of German & English (spoken and written)
- High willingness to provide service to guests and crew members
