Your activities
-  take responsibility for parts of our fulfillment solutions, starting with the conception, development and provision through to ongoing maintenance
- Collaborate closely within the team, with colleagues and stakeholders and actively contribute to the development of a long-term strategy that supports the company’s goalsüsupports
- Develop and implement strategies forür application updates, enhancements and deprecations according to current guidelines
- Oversee and analyze performance for risk management, optimization opportunities and efficiency improvement
- Responsibility for comprehensive documentation, regular reporting and ensuring compliance with service level agreements and contractual obligations
Your qualifications
- University degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification

- Experience as a business analyst, ideally in IT, application management or a similar role
- Well-rounded experience as a business analyst, ideally in IT, application management or in a similar role
- Sophisticated understanding of application development, deployment and maintenance processes
- Very good knowledge of English and German and confident in using MS Office 365
- Economic thinking and acting, hands-on mentality, teamwork and communication skills
