Your activities
What awaits you on your journey with us:
- In this position you are responsible for an excellent butler service in the top suites on board and report to the Housekeeping Manager.
- In your field of work fall tasks such as the cabin service including professional serving of food and drinks, the support when unpacking suitcases, the cleaning of shoes to the organization of the Bügel and Wäscheservice.
- As the first contact person for your guests, you are responsible for the fulfillment of guests’ wishes (including table reservations, forwarding of booking requests).
- Also cleaning tasks in the suites fall into your area of responsibility.
- Contract duration of your 1st contract: 3 – 6 months (gladly also after individual agreement)
Your qualifications
What you bring on board:
- Specialized training in the restaurant / hotel sector or training as a butler advantageous
- You bring several years of experience in the service-oriented hotel sector with.
- The self-organization of your working day does not bring you out of the concept.
- Only when your guests have had an all-round great vacation, you are satisfied.
- You are a host with passion and have excellent manners.
- Groomed and pleasant appearance
- Very good German and good English skills, other languages are wünschenswert
