Your activities
- Competent and proactive contact for our casino – guests
- Assistance at the slot machines and explanation of the casino games such as blackjack, poker, roulette as well as bingo
- Inspire our guests for the promotions and offers in the casino
- Collaborate closely with the manager in terms of all operational processes
Your qualifications
- Education in the service industry and ideally professional experience
- Knowledge of the casino industry is an advantage
- Enjoyment and fun in dealing with customers
- Good German and English skills
- Groomed appearance, enthusiasm, communication skills, service orientation and team skills
