Your activities

The recipy for you career onboard: passion for your work, a big portion of engagement and a sense for culinary delights.

Adhering to the specified instructions/tasks given by the superior
Responsibility for the preparation of dishes at the assigned station in the hot galley
In charge of the organization of goods/provisions
Supervising and improving the own station when necessary, and controlling other areas of the galley
Continual maintenance and improvement of quality standards
Controlling and maintaining the cleanliness and safety precautions together with hygiene standards in compliance with HACCP regulations
In charge of careful handling of all equipment and machinery in the area

Your qualifications

This is what you bring on board:

Diploma as a Cook
Work experience as cook, as well as hotel or onboard cruise ship experience
Trustworthy and able to work on his own initiative
Cost and quality awareness
Flexibility, reliability and ability to work under stress
Working in a professional manner, well-groomed and clean appearance and able to motivate the team
Knowledge of English language
