Your activities

This is what awaits you on your journey with us:

Under the guidance of the head waiter/restaurant manager and in cooperation with the Commis de Rang, you are responsible for the smooth running of your service station
Changing shift areas and times in one of the restaurants or at the bars, according to schedule
First point of contact for your guests
Accepting orders and entering them into the ordering system
Contract duration of your first assignment: 5 – 6 months, subsequent follow-up contracts possible
Your entry is based on your availability in connection with the scheduling on board and is generally possible all year round

Your qualifications

What you bring on board:

You are ready to take on your first management tasks
Ideally, you have experience in the restaurant, bar or hotel sector and can manage a service station independently.
Digital cash register systems don’t throw you off your game
You are reliable, resilient and have no problem remaining service-oriented even in stressful situations
You feel most comfortable in a team
You have a very good command of German and English and have no problems communicating in both languages.
