In your position on board you are an absolute coordination talent – without you nothing runs! You play a major role in the operation of the ship and set the course for your team
- Decision maker in the administration area and responsible for the smooth running of the front and back office area
- Responsibility for: Ship’s Clearance, Ship’s Cashbook, Passenger/Crew accounting, Passenger/Crew data, Reception (Front & Back Office)
- Control and enforce qualityäts standards in area of responsibility
- Contact person for passengers
- Motivating the team to excellent performance
- Responsibility for the protection of confidential data
- Contract duration of your 1st contract: 3-6 months (gladly also according to individual agreement)
We are looking for the best: You! Here’s what you bring on board:
- Many years of experience in the administrative area of the upscale hotel industry, including experience on board a cruise ship
- Team spirit, willingness to perform, ability to work under pressure and reliability
- Discretion and strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in complaint management
- Very well-groomed appearance, as well as a confident and sovereign demeanor vis-à-vis guests and authorities
- Knowledge of German & English (spoken and written), further language skills an advantage
- Very good computer skills (MS Office, Fidelio Cruise)
