Your activities
This is what awaits you on your journey with us:
- Co-responsibility for the personnel development and career planning of all crew members, in consultation with and as directed by the HR Manager
- Interface between HR Manager on board and Training & Development Team ashore
- Planning, organizing and conducting all trainings (both digital and analog) for the crew on board
- Building a mutual trust relationship as well as transparent communication (also via social media and the crew app) to the crew members on board
- Consponsible for all activities of the Crew Welfare Committee
- Contract duration of your first assignment: 4 months, subsequent follow-on contracts possible
- Your advancement will be based on your availability in conjunction with onboard assignment scheduling and is generally possible year-round on any day of the month.
Your qualifications
This is what you bring on board:
- Professional experience in the field of human resources and/or training & development
- Completed studies in human resources, business administration or psychology desirable
- Previous experience as a trainer or in the field of coaching advantageous
- Empathic, positive and engaging persöassertiveness, flexibility and organizational skills
- Very good German and English skills
- Communication skills (also in front of larger groups), team spirit and role model function
- Very good computer skills (MS Office, Resco SMS or other Hotel Management Software)
