Your activities

What awaits you on your journey with us:

Responsible for informational discussions about intolerances and allergens with the guests on board
Issuing individual menus and food recommendations for the guests;s and food recommendations for the guests on the basis of the information discussions
Continuous support and advice to the guests during the trip, among other things.if required, also active cooperation and support in the preparation of meals
Contract length: 12 months with an alternation between assignment time on board and vacation at defined intervals

Your qualifications

This is what you bring on board:

Successfully completed vocational training as a chef with internationally recognized certificate
Many years of professional experience as a chef, with additional qualification as a dietary chef required
Very good knowledge über preparation of food and recipes
Enjoyment in advising guests
Fluent German and good English skills
