- Planning, conception and implementation of customer-centric online content, taking into account current trends, relevant KPIs (e.g. conversion rate, traffic, bounce rate) and internal goals
- Permanent success control of content formats with relevant analysis tools, as well as deriving necessary measures for continuous optimization
- &Monitoring the timeliness, quality and CI conformity of the content on the AIDA website
- Responsibility for the training and management of an external editorial team
- Supporting the further development of aida.de
in terms of content and technology
- Successfully completed studies or training in the field of communications/media management, marketing, tourism or a comparable qualification
- Ideal professional experience in online marketing, as well as initial knowledge in the use of content management systems
- Basic knowledge in creating professional web texts
- Good sense of formats and trends, as well as their creative implementation
- Basic understanding of cross-media marketing
- Very good English and German skills, both written and spoken
- Dedication, sense of responsibility, communication skills and teamwork
