We are looking for you at the earliest possible date at our company headquarters in Rostock.
Your activities
- Providing first-class customer support to solve technical problems and inquiries by phone, email or chat
- Ensuring system administration and compliance with quality standards in the IT service desk at the Rostock and Hamburg site (first-level support)
- Analysis and troubleshooting of IT malfunctions and processing of service requests
- Installation, configuration and commissioning of hardware and software with a focus on user devices (PC, notebook and mobile devices)
- Assistants in the IT service desk at the Rostock and Hamburg site (first-level support);
- Installation, configuration and commissioning of hardware and software with a focus on user devices (PC, notebook and mobile devices)
- Administration of user accounts, access rights and security policies
- Überwachung, coordination and documentation of support activities
Your qualifications
- Training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) for system integration or comparable training, career changers are also welcome
- A first professional experience in first-level support or a similar IT service is desirable

- Willingness to travel to Hamburg or on board our ships
- Very good German and English skills as well as knowledge of Windows and Office 365
- Strong communication skills, a very high service orientation, flexibility and teamwork
