Your activities
The Stage is yours! As part of the entertainment team, you will provide entertainment in a class of its own and ensure unforgettable moments:
- Supervision of the entire administrative processes of the entertainment department
- Independent and guided preparation of planning documents
- Collaboration in the management team
- Taking minutes
- Supervision and processing of room bookings
- Control of printed matter and announcements
- Creation of time management for the entire entertainment department
Your qualifications
What you bring on board:
- Education in a comparable field
- Very good IT skills (MS Office and others)
- Very good communication skills
- Organizational talent, teamwork and motivation
- Very good German & English skills (written and spoken)
