Your activities

The Stage is yours! As part of the entertainment team, you will provide entertainment of the highest order and ensure unforgettable moments of joy

Implementation of high-class cultural events and coordination of the pre-planned onshore entertainment program on board
Führungsverantwortung für the subordinate areas: Sports, Childcare, Guest Relation (plus. International Guest Relation on EUROPA 2), Print Shop, Sound & Light, Pianist and Band
Responsibility for the entire program design and organization of the daily on-board program in cooperation with all departments involved
Representation of the organizer HLC vis-à-vis guests;
Team coordination and supervision of the responsible areas
Independent creation of the daily as well as concert and special programs

Your qualifications

What you bring on board:

Very good management skills, preferably with leadership experience on cruise ships and / or in the field of entertainment and / or in professional theater operations
Experience in dramaturgical programming
Experience in the implementation and handling of events such as theater and live productions in the genres of classical music, entertainment and word art (rehearsal management, wardrobe setup, artist support, etc.).)
Very good skills in the field of design and coordination of programs
Excellent moderation skills and presentation experience
Very good German & English skills (spoken and written)
Very good PC skills, especially MS Office / Internet
