Your activities
This is what awaits you on your journey with us:
- Co-responsibility for the professional workflow in the finance and administration area in cooperation with Chief Purser
- Responsibility for the smooth flow in the administration regarding clarification and handling of manifest data
- Responsibility for the organization of Check – In/ Check – Out
- Loose cooperation with the Chief Purser, including regular;&ig reporting
- Strict control of compliance with safety, environmental and hygiene guidelines (PH / ShipSan, ISM / &ISO, SQM, TUIC service standards) in the area of responsibility
- Knowledge of the assigned safety roll number based on the muster roll and the specific duties in case of emergency
- Contract duration of your first assignment: 4 months, subsequent follow-up contracts possible
Your qualifications
This is what you bring on board:
- Qualified training in the hotel industry or in gastronomy
- Füleadership qualities, assertiveness, flexibility and organizational talent
- Very good computer skills (MS Office, Rescom, MMS)
- Excellent;gtes business understanding
- Very good German & English skills (spoken and written)
- Sure and confident appearance, good manners
- Ship experience
