The Future Cruise Consultant (FCC) will assist guests with their next cruise bookings and help them plan their itinerary.
That’s why it’s important that as an FCC, you’re also knowledgeable about sales.
Customer service and support are paramount and are supported by training and education.
You will be the point of contact for guests when they want advice about another unforgettable experience on an MSC ship.
You discover prospective guests and are there for them to determine which itinerary, ship, cabin, experience, category and travel dates interest them.
You do actions on board
You have the opportunity to make additional bookings
You inform the relevant travel agency of the country in which the new booking was completed and confirm bookings
You are the contact person for our MSC Voyagers Club
You are in the closest contact with the hotel director
Good English and German, any other language is an advantage
You like to sell and take time for your customers
Communication skills and customer service are in your blood
Sure handling of Microsoft Office
Organization and independence are your characteristics
