Your activities
This is what you can expect on your trip with us:
- Decision-maker and overall responsible for the smooth running of the reception area, the X-Lounge and guest care. You will report to the Chief Purser. During your presence at the reception desk, you will be the contact person for guest concerns and feedback
- Leading, coordinating and motivating your team of up to 10 crew members
- Support in the care of fellow travelers and surviving dependents as well as in medical emergencies
- Contract duration of your first assignment: 4-5 months, subsequent follow-up contracts possible
Your qualifications
What you bring on board:
- Qualified training in the hotel industry, gastronomy or tourism including several years of professional experience in a similar position
- Working experience on board a cruise ship required
- Leadership with the ability to lead your team professionally and disciplinary
- Experience in complaint management and tourist guest care/customer service desired
- Confident and confident appearance, excellent manners and a very well-groomed appearance
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Very good knowledge of German and English
