Your activities

What awaits you on your journey with us:

As a host you are independently responsible for the organization of a restaurant with about 50 guests.
During the service times you show presence in your assigned restaurant and are the first point of contact for your guests and your team.
To ensure a smooth service process, you are responsible for scheduling, briefing, training and motivation of your assigned chefs and Commis de Rang.
You support the Assistant Maitre während the daily business and rostering and act as a deputy.
Für your Gästehst you at any time für suggestions, proposals and feedback to the Verfügung.
Contract duration of your 1st contract: 3 – 6 months (gladly also after individual agreement)

Your qualifications

What you bring on board:

You have a completed training in the hotel or restaurant industry as well as professional experience in a management position, for example, as a headwaiter or restaurant manager and bring extensive industry and technical knowledge.
You are a host with passion and have excellent manners.
Only when your guests have had an all-round great evening, you are satisfied.
You are reliable and resilient and have no problem with it, even sometimes über the edge of the plate to look.
With your leadership personality you inspire your team.
Very good German and English skills round off your profile.
