You have a passion for gastronomy, but durian and halo-halo are foreign words even to you? With your job on board you look übeyond the plate and serve not dishes, but experiences.

Deputy Assistant Maître d’hôtel
Responsibility for a restaurant with approximately 50 guests
Supporting the Assistant Maître during day-to-day operations and rostering
Organization and supervision of subordinate Chef de Rangs and Commis de Rangs
Enforcement of quality and hygiene standards
Contact person of the passengers for suggestions, proposals or in case of complaints
Motivate crew members to provide excellent service
Contract duration of your 1st contract: 3-6 months (gladly also after individual agreement)

We are looking for the best: You! Here’s what you bring on board:

Education in the restaurant or hotel sector as well as several years of professional experience in a management position
Very good expertise in service and cuisine as well as beverage / wine knowledge
Host with passion, with sympathetic, höflichen and correct manners
Leadership personality with the talent to inspire guests and team members
Quality – and cost consciousness
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
Familiar with MS Office applications
