In your position on board you are an absolute coordination talent – without you nothing runs! You play a major role in the operation of the ship and set the course for your team
- Decision maker of the Hotel Inventory Controlling division
- Manage and control on board inventory of food, beverages and consumables
- Responsibility for planning and ordering of supplies, receiving, local purchases and issuing of goods on board with corresponding posting in the inventory control system (Crunchtime)
- &Oversee compliance with cleanliness, safety, environmental and hygiene guidelines such as HACCP and USPH
- Budget responsibility (Food/ Beverages/ Consumables Cost), including performing inventories as per inventory plan
- Supervision and motivation of employees, as well as function as contact person for the front office
- Term of your 1st contract: 3-6 months (gladly also after individual arrangement)
We are looking for the best: You! Here’s what you bring on board:
- Specialized training in the hotel industry or commercial training as well as several years of professional experience in the F&B sector
- Excellent product knowledge in the luxury hotel industry and experience in logistics förderlich
- Very good EDP – knowledge (Mircosoft Office, ideally merchandise management system Crunchtime)
- Experience in the cruise industry an advantage
- Reliability, ability to work under pressure and discretion
- Cost and quality consciousness
- Negotiable German (native language) & very good English skills (spoken and written)
