Your activities
What awaits you on your journey with us:
- In this position you are decision maker for the entire cabin area and report to the hotel manager.
- You are responsible for the management of the housekeeping area with up to 65 crew members including rostering.
- As the contact person for the housekeeping area, you show regular presence for crew and guests.
- You lead your team professionally and disciplinary and provide for an open feedback culture and a harmonious interaction.
- You record the required cleaning agents, materials and equipment in the ship’s own inventory control system.
- Contract duration of your 1st contract: 3 – 6 months (gladly also after individual consultation)
Your qualifications
What you bring on board:
- Completed training in hotel management, several years of professional experience in housekeeping and management experience
- Fünlichkeit with the ability to lead and motivate a team professionally and disciplinary
- You are a host with passion and have excellent manners.
- Groomed and pleasant appearance and höfliche manners
- Familiar with MS Office applications
- Very good German and good English skills
