Your activities
This is what awaits you on your journey with us:
- Responsibility for onboard personnel policies
- Labor closely with area managers to ensure full crew satisfaction
- Conduct;conduct company training
- Collaborate closely between Crew Administrator, Payroll Purser and Document Purser
- First point of contact and confidant for crew members with personal concerns
- Responsible for organizing disciplinary actions
- Participate in daily meetings
- Term of your first assignment: 4 months, subsequent follow-on contracts possible
- Your advancement will be based on your availability in conjunction with onboarding scheduling and is generally possible year-round on any day of the month.
Your qualifications
This is what you bring on board:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or psychology
- At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role in human resources
- Previous work experience in the hotel department on a ship
- Füleadership qualities (especially in human resources management
- Very good German & English skills (written and spoken)
- Communication skills and teamwork
- Very good computer skills (MS Office, Resco SMS or other Hotel Management Software)
