Your activities
- Responsible for the timely collection and prioritization of IT incident reports
- Creating detailed reports on incidents, post mortem analysis, trend analysis and identifying opportunities for improvement in the incident management process and documenting them
- Coordination of globally operating service teams to ensure that resources are used efficiently and that issues are resolved in accordance with the defined service level agreements
- Initiate continuous improvements based on KPIs and customer feedback to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of IT processes
- Manage communication and information, monitor spend and ensure cost-effective use of resources
Your qualifications
- University degree in Informatics, Computer Science or a comparable qualification
- Knowledge in the field of process-controlled fault clearance
- Routined in the coordination of cross-location teams
- Very good command of English and German and confident in using modern workplace technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, resilience and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-industry stakeholders
