Your activities
What awaits you on your journey with us:
- Intensive support of non-German speaking guests (i.e. host function, active hosting)
- Übübersetzung sämtlicher Drucksachen und Gästeinformationen (menus, daily program, etc.).english language
- &Translations in the infotainment system on board as well as maintenance of this system
- Conduct of daily office hours and announcements for non-German-speaking guests
- Support of the tourism on board (e.g. at embarkation / disembarkation). E.g. embarkation / disembarkation, excursion accompaniment, in the expedition area regular use as a Zodiac driver)
- Support of the guests during the outward and return flights, as well as on pre- and post-programs
Your qualifications
What you bring on board:
- Qualified training as a foreign language secretary (-in) or. Übetzer(-in)
- Excellent German (native language) & English skills (spoken and written), other foreign language wüvery good PC skills, especially MS Office and image editing programs such as Adobe InDesign
- Linguistic and rhetorical confidence and excellent manners
- Many years of experience in customer service and complaint management desirable
