Your activities
- Functional and disciplinary leadership of the team managing the CRM applications
- Operative responsibility for the CRM environment and ensuring a 24/7 SLA with the supporting service providers for applications and infrastructure
- Optimization of the CRM environment in close coordination with the departments as well as contact person for the marketing and call center
- Departmental budget and investment planning as well as optimization of departmental processes with regard to efficiency, security and customer benefits
- Determination of key figures and reporting;marketing and Call Center

- Determination of key figures and reporting of the CRM environment
Your qualifications
- Studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable field
- Inclusive professional experience in application management of CRM solutions as well as in the operational management of service providers in a 24/7 environment based on SLAs
- Knowledge in IT consulting as well as CRM know how
- Founded leadership experience as well as knowledge in project management
- Very good English and German skills
- Affinity for structured and logical thinking
