Your activities

Versatility is your greatest talent and you want the same in your job? As Junior Recruiting Manager Entertainment Services (f/m/d) at sea chefs, you can expect not only a varied job in the entertainment team – you will also dive into the world of seafaring!

Recruiting the entertainment positions to be filled on board the My Ship and Hapag-Lloyd Cruises fleets (focus on managers, technicians and dresser – positions) taking into account the job requirements and specifications of the operational departments, this includes, among other things:
- Processing of job advertisements
- Processing of incoming applications
- pre-selection of applicants, also in close cooperation with international recruitment agencies
- Coordining and organisation of interviews
- Leading of interviews
- ;talks, in cooperation with the operational departments
- Briefings on contract conditions and life on board
- Contract and fee negotiations in the context of recruitment (taking into account budgetary constraints)
Collaborating closely with the scheduling team in terms of deployment plans

Your qualifications

What you bring with you:

Completed education and/or further education with a focus on personnel/human resources and/or theater/cultural management, alternatively corresponding professional experience
Ideally first experience in the recruiting area
Professional experience on board a cruise ship and/or in the entertainment area is an advantage
Willingness to familiarize yourself with the area of personnel marketing
Willingness to travel

Working on a budget while adhering to economic targets
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
