Your activities

  • Coordination of the entire planning and organization of an À-la-carte re­s­tau­rant or buffet restaurant
  • Appealing presentation of the dishes according to our high quality standards
  • Planning, Füleadership and motivation of an international team
  • Control of ordering and storage of goods
  • Advising guests on food intolerances or allergies
  • Correct implementation of our hygiene, environmental,  and safety standards in the area of responsibility

Your qualifications

  • Vocational training as a cook and proven work experience in the hotel or restaurant kitchen
  • . Restaurantkächef, ideally Führungserfahrung
  • Knowledge in the areas of HACCP and Lebensmittelunverträglichkeiten
  • Very good English skills and a confident use of MS Office
  • Excellent service and Gästeorientation, Sovereignänität as well as sense of responsibility
