- Coordinate the overall planning and organization of a `-la-carte restaurant or buffet restaurant
- Appealing presentation of the dishes according to our high quality standards
- Planning, leading and motivating an international team
- Controlling the ordering and stocking of goods
- Counseling guests regarding food intolerances or allergies
- Correct implementation of our hygiene, environmental, and safety standards in the area of responsibility
- Vocational training as a cook and demonstrable professional experience in the hotel or restaurant kitchen, ideally management experience
- Knowledge of HACCP and food incompatibilities
- Very good English language skills and a confident use of MS Office
- Excellent service and guest orientation, sovereignänität and sense of responsibility
