Your activities

The Stage is yours! As part of the entertainment team, you will provide entertainment of the highest order and ensure unforgettable moments of joy and excitement:

Responsibility for and development of all music-related activities on board
Artistic supervision of all musicians on board (including. Band, Duo, DJ, Pianist, Musical Entertainer and String Quartet) as well as guiding synergies with guest artists
Rehearsal supervision and guidance
Conceptualization, supervision and piano accompaniment of events and solo concerts as well as bar piano
Development of new concepts, programs and collaborations
Collaboration closely with the entertainment management and supervision team

Your qualifications

What you bring on board:

Qualified musical education
Very good music skills (focus on pop, rock, musical and more.), large repertoire
Experience as a band leader, preferably on board a cruise ship
Sure piano playing (sight reading and leadsheets with chords)
Experience as a vocal coach and in accompanying Sänger:inside
Good English skills, German skills desired
Excellent understanding of service and customer orientation
