Your activities

What awaits you on your journey with us:

As the right hand of the chief patissier, you are responsible for the preparation of daily dishes on board.
From fresh and exclusive ingredients, you independently create the dishes of the dessert menu, including.a. cakes, chocolates, pastries.
For special evenings and occasions you conjure up thematically appropriate desserts.
Contract duration of your 1st contract: 3-6 months (gladly also after individual consultation)

Your qualifications

What you bring on board:

Completed training as a pastry chef, cook o.ä. as well as experience in the patisserie area
Additional qualifications (such as sugar pulling, creating Schaustücken) advantageous
Very good knowledge in the catering industry as well as in food science
Your own recipe book brings fresh wind on board.
You are reliable and resilient and have no problem to think outside the box.
Groomed appearance and excellent manners
Very good German and English skills
