We are looking for you at the earliest possible date, as a parental leave replacement, at our company headquarters in Rostock or at the Hamburg location.

Your activities

Independent processing of personnel requirements and deployment planning for national and international crew members from the hotel & entertainment sector
Guaranteeing optimal staffing of the defined positions in close cooperation with the specialist departments
Communication in English with crew members as well as various international agencies
Maintenance of personnel data, certificate control and gapless record keeping for payroll in the HR software
Support in area-specific projects

Your qualifications

Sales professional training, ideally with further training in human resources as well as initial work experience
Very good German and English skills as well as confident in using MS Office 365
High system affinity, a forward-thinking, organized and structured way of working
Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as teamwork and flexibility
