Your activities
What awaits you on your journey with us:
- Responsibility for the performance and professional workflow in the provision or Warehouse area
- Responsibility, in cooperation with the Financial Controller, for the analysis, consumption calculation and controlling of the commission budget on board
- Responsibility for all merchandise inventories in the Main Stores
- Control, preparation, auditing and forwarding of hotel stores;checking, preparing, reviewing and forwarding hotel store orders for the work area according to specified budgets and other requirements
- Monitoring compliance with safety, environmental and hygiene guidelines in the area of responsibility
- Scheduling and training of employees
- Contract duration of your first assignment: 4 months, subsequent follow-up contracts possible
Your qualifications
What you bring on board:
- Qualified training in the hotel industry or in the hospitality industry.
- Multi-year experience in the F&B area in a managerial capacity or as an assistant provision master, if possible on board a cruise ship.
- Excellent business management, especially commodity management, understanding.
- Budget-safe work, ability to present and analyze economic targets and selfändige, goal-oriented way of working.
- Negotiable German & English skills (spoken and written).
- Very good computer skills (MS Office, Fidelio MMS, Rescom, Crunchtime).
