Your activities
You know the hotel industry from A to Z, but Antarctica and Zanzibar are far away for you? Bring a breath of fresh air on board and impress not only the guests, but the whole world!
- Performing the daily routine at the reception
- Contact person for all questions and concerns at the reception to ensure the well-being of the guests at the highest level
- Preparation of interim and final accounts, sales lists, etc..
- Organize, prepare and set up check-in for all boarding passengers
- Independent preparation of all documents, lists (passenger and crew lists), entry cards, forms in cooperation with the Chief Purser / Crew Purser forüfor the local authorities
- Maintenance of quality standards, guidelines and regulations in the area of administration as well as cleanliness in the area of reception
- Protection of confidential data
- Term of your 1. contract: 3-6 months. Contract: 3-6 months (gladly also after individual arrangement)
Your qualifications
We are looking for the best: You! This is what you bring on board:
- Vocational training in the hotel industry and several years of professional experience at the reception in upscale international hotels
- Confident and sympathetic appearance and very well-groomed manners
- Willingness to perform, resilience, reliability and team spirit
- Accurate German & very good English skills (word and dexterity);reliability and team spirit
- Knowledge of German and very good English (spoken and written), any other foreign language would be an advantage
- Very good computer skills
