Your activities

You know hospitality from a to z but Antwerp and Zurich are miles away? With your job onboard, you will not only be visiting the most beautiful cities in Europe – you will make them your second home!

Performing the daily routine on the reception (administration department), adhering all regulations, instructions and tasks given by the Hotel Manager
Dealing with any passenger queries in a confident manner together with solving any passenger problems
Ability to work by own initiative in accordance with the set standards and regulations
Confidentiality of all paperwork
Correct posting in the respective EDP-system and foreign exchange

Your qualifications

What you bring on board:

Qualified training skills within the hotel business or onboard cruise ship experience
Work experience as assistant purser or receptionist
Knowledge of the relevant EDP-systems
Competence in English language
Trustworthy and able to work by own initiative as well as in a team
Costs, currencies, and quality awareness
Pleasant, polite manners and well-groomed and clean appearance
