Your activities

This is what awaits you on your journey with us:

Responsible for the smooth service flow in the assigned restaurants on board after consultation with the Restaurant Manager
Responsible for the administration and ordering of the required beverages and luxury food for the restaurants
;for the restaurants
Technical and disciplinary leadership of your team
Präsenz in the restaurants during the service hours
Contact person of the guests for suggestions, proposals and criticisms in the service area
Contract duration of your first assignment: 4 months, subsequent follow-up contracts are possible

Your qualifications

This is what you bring on board:

Education in the restaurant or hotel sector as well as first professional experience in a management position in the gastronomy
Very good expertise in the gastronomy sector as well as in beverage and wine knowledge, which you also like to pass on to your team
Füleadership personality with the ability to lead and motivate a team professionally and disciplinary
Groomed appearance and excellent manners
Very good German and good English skills
Familiar with Office applications
