Your activities
Do you not only have the blood of a true sailor in your veins, but also leadership, integrity and team spirit? Your motivation is the course, your team the anchor!
- Employee management together with the Assistant Restaurant Managers for all restaurants on board
- Maintaining specified standards in the restaurants (smooth service flow, cleanliness of all work materials, etc.)
- Control of inventories / stock orders
- Cost management and revenue overview
- Conducting specialist training courses for employees
- Contact with guests
- Preparation of events
- Contract duration of the assignment: 4-5 months, subsequent follow-up contracts possible
Your qualifications
What you bring on board:
- Completed vocational training in the hotel industry or a comparable qualification
- Some professional experience in the restaurant sector as well as management experience
- Very good German & English skills (spoken and written), other foreign languages are an advantage
- Knowledge of USPH
- Business management knowledge, as well as dealing with numbers
- Resilience, reliability and hands-on mentality
- Structured and organized way of working
- Experienced with MS Office, Crunchtime and Rescom
