You have a passion for gastronomy, but durian and halo-halo are foreign words even to you? With your job on board you look übeyond the plate and serve not dishes, but experiences.
- Contact passengers with wine – and beverage questions
- Creating the daily wine recommendations
- Control of wine inventory and wine orders in collaboration with the Hotel Inventory Controller
- Control of beverage accounts and wine and sparkling wine inventories
- Motivating team members to achieve service excellence and good sales
- Professional conduct of staff training
- Organizing and conducting high-quality winetastings for small, exclusive groups
- Duration of your 1st contract: 3-6 months (gladly also after individual arrangement)
We are looking for the best: You! Here’s what you bring on board:
- Education in the restaurant or hotel sector and as a state-certified sommelier (min. WSET 2 and / or several years of professional experience in a similar position)
- Cost and quality awareness
- Correct and linguistic expression towards passengers
- Leadership quality, ability to motivate employees
- Very neat and pleasant appearance with personable and courteous manners
- Very good German & good English skills (linguistic)
- Good handling of MS Office applications
