Your activities

  • Coordination of the entire planning and organization of an upscale À-la-carte re­s­tau­rant or buffet restaurant
  • Assurance of a flawless preparation, quality and appealing presentation of the dishes according to our high quality standards
  • Planning, leading and motivating an international team
  • Control of the ordering and storage of goods as well as the use of goods
  • Advising the guests with regard to food intolerances
  • According to our high quality standards;leading and motivating an international team
  • controlling the ordering and storage of goods, as well as the use of goods
  • advising guests on food intolerances or allergies
  • responsible for the correct implementation of our hygiene, environmental, and safety standards

Your qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as a chef, ideally additional training as a kitchen master and demonstrable professional and management experience in the hotel or restaurant kitchen
  • Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations
  • Very good English. Restaurant kitchen
  • Knowledge in the areas of HACCP and food incompatibilities
  • Very good English skills and confident use of MS Office
  • Excellent service and guest orientation, Sovereignänität as well as sense of responsibility
