  • Coordinate the overall planning and organization of an upscale `-la-carte re­s­tau­rant or buffet restaurant
  • Assurance of flawless preparation, quality and appealing presentation of food in accordance with our high quality standards
  • Planning, leading and motivating an international team
  • Controlling the ordering and storage of goods as well as the use of goods
  • Counseling guests regarding food intolerances or allergies
  • Responsible for the correct implementation of our hygiene, environmental,  and safety standards

  • Completed vocational training as a chef, ideally additional training as a kitchen master and demonstrable professional and management experience in the hotel or restaurant kitchen
  • Knowledge of HACCP and food incompatibilities
  • Very good English language skills and proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent service and guest orientation, sovereignänität and sense of responsibility
