Your activities
What awaits you on your journey with us:
- Professional organization and guidance of the areas of cosmetics, hairdressing, massage and physiotherapy
- Greeting of the respective guests who have arrived;the spa is a unique and unique place in the world, which is why it is so important for the spa to be able to offer a wide range of services and products
- Coordination of appointments
- Individual consultation and success-oriented sales of spa treatments, cosmetic products and hairdressing products
- Coordination of merchandise and product orders
- Conducting service, offer and product presentations
- Administrative tasks and reporting as well as personnel coordination of the spa staff on board
Your qualifications
We are looking for the best: You! This is what you bring on board:
- Qualified state-recognized training as a beautician, physiotherapist, medical masseur or hairdresser
- Experience in a managerial position in a SPA area desirable
- Knowledge über several high-quality cosmetic depots
- Experience in staff management and complaint management
- Service orientation, teamwork;higkeit and flexibility
- Good German & English skills (spoken and written), as well as EDV knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as lösungsorientierte Handlungsweise
- Motivationsfähigkeit, resilience and Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Kommunikationsstärke and very good manners
