Your activities
This is what awaits you on your voyage with us:
- In this position you will manage the exclusive Riso Store on board the My Ship 6 and be the first point of contact for guests and the team.
- Professional advice for guests on high-quality cosmetic treatments such as microneedling, BB glow and permanent make-up (in conjunction with the team)
- You coordinate appointments together with the permanent make-up team, organize the daily schedule and ensure that everything runs smoothly in the store
- Performing cosmetic treatments such as microneedling and BB glow
- Responsibility for the presentation of goods, visual merchandising and the implementation of sales promotions
- You lead, develop and motivate your team with heart, mind and team spirit
- You deal confidently with feedback and ensure an inspiring, service-oriented experience.
- Collaborate closely with the crew and their interfaces on board, as well as with the Riso headquarters. Before you start, you will complete a two-day familiarization and training course at Riso Cooperations GmbH.
- Contract duration of your first assignment: 4 months, subsequent follow-up contracts possible
Your qualifications
What you bring on board:
- Completed training as a state-certified beautician or comparable qualification.
- Ideally additional knowledge in permanent make-up, microneedling or BB-Glow.
- First experience in managing a store or team in the beauty/retail sector.
- Excellent service orientation, organizational talent and communication skills.
- Enjoy teamwork in an international environment.
- Good computer skills.
- Very good German and good English skills.
