As a temp (f/m/d) at the reception at sea chefs you can expect not only a varied job – you also dive into the world of seafaring!
- Friendly reception of sea chefs employees, visitors as well as service providers and their support with concerns
- Accepting and routing telephone calls
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Preparing for and following up on meeting meetings
- Support in all areas of reception duties including ordering Bürom materials, postage stamps, beverages
- Supporting the team management, such as booking flights, hotels and rental cars
