Your activities
What awaits you on your trip with us:
- Competent advice and sales of the entire Hapag-Lloyd Cruises product range
- Processing of bookings and correspondence in cooperation with the shore-based sales
- Creation of sales präpresentation
- Support of club meetings as well as visitor groups
- Presentation in the guest area and active host for the guests
- Support of the tourism on board (e.g. excursion accompaniment)
- Support of the guests on board (e.g. excursion accompaniment)
- Support of the guests on board (e.g. excursion accompaniment).E.g. excursion escort, gangway service, embarkation / disembarkation)
- Support of the guests during the outward and return flights, as well as on pre- and post-programs
Your qualifications
What you bring on board:
- Specialized training as a tourism clerk, tourism specialist or travel agent
- Many years
- Found tourism expertise
- Very good PC skills, especially MS Office / Fidelio Cruise
- Very good knowledge of the booking systems START AMADEUS and TOMA (knowledge of other booking systems advantageous)
- Very good German & English skills (spoken and written)
- Sales talent with präsentation experience, as well as linguistic and rhetorical confidence
