Advising, selling and making reservations for new trips (Future Sales)
Creating and conducting sales and destination presentations
Active guest contact as well as participation in specified on-boarding events
Responsibility for the performance and professional workflow in Future Sales and related administrative tasks, in close cooperation with the Travel Managers
&Check, coordinate and implement specified promotional schemes for all channels and sources on board
Development, advancement and implementation of new strategies and sales-boosting measures
Contract duration of your first assignment: 4 months, subsequent follow-up contracts possible
Your advancement will be based on your availability in conjunction with onboard scheduling and is generally possible year-round on any day of the month

This is what you bring on board:

Many years of experience in travel consulting/travel sales with a focus on the cruise sector
Experience in direct customer contact/Gäste support – preferably on board a cruise ship
Very good manners and a friendly, confident manner
Salesmanship and good presentation skills
Very good computer skills (MS Office, reservation systems e.g. TOMA, Amadeus)
Excellent organizational skills (schedules, guest information, events)
Team player with coordination skills and sense of responsibility
