As soon as possible, we are looking for travel consultants at our company headquarters in Rostock or, if you prefer, throughout Germany in our home office.
Your activities
- Within this great role with a minimum of 35 hours per week, you ll perform the following tasks:
- Responsibility for advising, reserving and specializing in the active sale of future AIDA voyages from direct customers
- Contact person forür customers on all service- and sales-oriented inquiries (by phone, in writing and online)
- Actively approaching customers and building up your own customer base
- Individual and regular support of existing customers to strengthen customer loyalty in the long term
