Your activities

What awaits you on your trip with us:

Representative and contact person for questions about all services booked through TUI Cruises
Highest authority of complaint management on board; complaint handling
Responsible for

Responsibility and decision-making authority for
all work and service procedures
on board
;for all work and service procedures in the area of on-board travel management
Sales, consulting, reservations and bookings of new voyages with associated advertising measures
Development, further development and implementation of new strategies and sales-promoting measures
;support of fellow travelers and surviving dependents as well as organizational support in case of medical emergencies
Contract duration of your first assignment: 4 months, subsequent follow-on contracts possible
Your advancement will be based on your availability in conjunction with onboard assignment scheduling and is generally possible year-round on any day of the month.

Your qualifications

Leadership qualities and communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate employees
Excellent organizational skills
High stress resistance and willingness to serve guests and crew members
Experience in complaints management and customer service
;sten and crew members
Experience in complaint management and in tourism guest support/customer service desired
Insertions on board of cruise ships advantageous
Very good manners and a friendly, confident appearance
Good IT skills (MS Office), reservation systems e. g.E.g. TOMA / Amadeus) are an advantage
